Crafted from seasoned red sheesham and fitted with elegant gold-plated tuning bolts, this 5.5" Iqbal dayan is tuned to D# and offers a warm, balanced tonal character with good clarity and tuning stability. The polished gold hardware complements the rich red sheesham grain, giving the instrument a distinctive and refined appearance. This particular dayan exhibits very slight buzzing and a raspy overtone on certain strokes, which has been reflected in the pricing, while remaining a functional and visually striking instrument for practice, accompaniment, and everyday playing.
