Driven by the desire to provide our students with better options, we began sourcing and testing instruments ourselves. Our business model revolves around direct communication with the most prestigious instrument makers in India. We receive detailed pictures and videos from these makers, allowing both us and our customers to confirm the quality before shipment. Once approved, the instruments are shipped to our store in Toronto, Canada, by sea or air, where they undergo rigorous quality checks over a couple of weeks to ensure they meet our high standards. If the order is custom, we record a transparent customer confirmation video showcasing the product, highlighting any potential defects or areas of concern. The customer then reviews the video and confirms if they are satisfied with the quality. If there are any issues, we work out a solution, whether that’s replacement, repair, or refund. For stock items, a more brief quality check is done before they are added to our inventory, as they are continuously quality checked while being in inventory.
