SHIPPING POLICY

Shipments from our shipping headquarters go out every other Monday. We only ship once we have quality checked your instrument order to make sure everything is as perfect as it can possibly be. Fragile items such as Scale Changer Harmoniums may take up to 2-3 weeks to properly package and process after an instrument order is received. All Shipments are insured in the case of damage / displacement. In the event of a return or exchange, we are responsible for the shipment invoice of the new item. The customer is responsible for the shipment invoice of the item being returned. We will generate all to and from return labels. We do our very best to get all shipments out as carefully and precisely as we can. Catering a few +/- days for your shipment in the event of a fast shipment / delay would be ideal.
