The Kaala Abhra™ Dholak is a premium 18.5″ long, 16-lb instrument crafted from solid red sheesham and wrapped in an elegant black velvet finish. Its weight and dense wood body produce a deep, authoritative tone with strong projection and controlled sustain, making it well suited for stage performance, studio use, and serious ensemble playing. The dholak shows minor cosmetic blemishes on the skins, which are purely visual and do not affect sound, tuning, or playability, offering professional performance with full transparency.
