The Shadow Ember is a 5.5" D/D# red sheesham dayan crafted for crisp clarity and strong tonal projection. Its compact size offers excellent responsiveness and sharp articulation, making it ideal for fast compositions and precise accompaniment. The natural sheesham shell delivers bright, focused highs with controlled sustain, while traditional strap lacing ensures stable tuning. Minor cosmetic defects are present but purely visual — they do not affect tone or performance. A solid, great-sounding dayan with character and value built in.
